Helping People Understand Health Better
WORK WITH ME
Great health information doesn't change lives unless people can understand it, relate to it, and act on it.
That's where I come in.
As a Certified Wellness Professional, health communicator, and former life sciences communications strategist, I bring together decades of experience translating complex information into clear, practical guidance. My work is also shaped by my own journey navigating the overlap of Hashimoto's and perimenopause—a perspective that continually reminds me what it feels like to be on the receiving end of healthcare communication.
I partner with organizations, wellness professionals, and mission-driven brands that believe whole-person wellness begins with better conversations, greater health literacy, and empowered self-advocacy.
Whether I'm creating educational content, developing communication strategies, reviewing patient resources, or designing tools that help people make sense of their symptoms, my goal is always the same:
Turn confusion into clarity—and information into action.
My Philosophy
Health literacy is more than understanding medical information.
It's helping people recognize patterns, ask better questions, understand their options, and feel confident participating in decisions about their own health.
I believe informed people become empowered people—and empowered people make better wellness decisions.
That's why everything I create is designed to transform complex health information into practical knowledge people can actually use.

Who I Work With
Wellness Professionals
I collaborate with health coaches, nutritionists, functional medicine practitioners, lifestyle medicine professionals, therapists, and other wellness experts who want educational resources that empower clients between appointments.
Healthcare & Wellness Organizations
I help healthcare organizations and wellness brands transform complex science into patient-centered communications and experiences that people understand, trust, and act on.
Together we can create content and tools that help people better understand their health, ask more informed questions, and become active participants in their wellness journey.
What I Believe
Health literacy is healthcare.
The best wellness decisions begin with understanding.
People deserve communication that empowers, not overwhelms.
